Nominees for RMOUG Board of Directors

The Rocky Mountain Oracle Users Group (RMOUG) announces the upcoming election of its Board of Directors for the 2008-2009 fiscal year. Pursuant to the group's by-laws, the Directors must be members of the Corporation and shall be elected for a term of one year at the annual meeting by a majority vote of the members present in person or by proxy.

However, an election by ballot is rendered unnecessary according to the by-laws of RMOUG, which specify that the Board of Directors shall consist of twelve (12) directors. Thus, all twelve (12) available candidates will be elected by acclamation (i.e. voice vote in favor or opposed) at the 19-May meeting. Any vacant directorships on the Board of Directors may be filled at any time during that period by a majority vote of the board.
