When you register for an RMOUG event, we also collect and store information about the fee you paid (if any), and the date and name of the event. If you do not register as a member or subscriber, you do not supply any information for us to store and use.
Note: We do not store credit card information for payments you make through our website. We use Infinity Pay for secure, encrypted monetary transactions.
Note: We store all data that you provide us indefinitely.You can opt out of receiving any email thread by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email message.
For Oracle Sponsored events we also need to follow Oracle’s Privacy Policy notice that requires acceptance of this statement "By submitting this form, you agree to share your personal data with the sponsor, Oracle. To find out more about Oracle’s data sharing policy, please read "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Use".
Much of the information on the RMOUG website is available to the public and does not require a login. If you do log into your RMOUG online account, your login credentials are encrypted.
